To support this we encourage you to raise any concerns or areas of dissatisfaction if you feel your expectations have not been met.

South Yorkshire Skills Bank will use a structured approach to ensure resolution in a fair and timely manner. All feedback will be used to inform continuous improvements of our processes and promote good practice.

Stage 1: DISCUSS THE ISSUE

Discuss your issue with your Skills Provider or Skills Advisor as soon as possible to see if they can resolve your concerns.

STAGE 2: REPORT VIA THE WEBSITE

Expected timescales

  • Acknowledgement within 2 working days
  • You will be contacted by the investigating manager within 5 working days
  • Final response will be issued within 20 working days

Stage 3: Appeal to South Yorkshire

You have a right to appeal within 10 working days of the date on the final response letter being issued.
